This could\nlead to localized flooding caused by excessive rainfall.\n\n* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the\nfollowing counties, Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan,\nSimpson and Warren.\n\n* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT Tuesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.\nWater over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of\nwater in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 244 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms.
