Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have\nfallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in\nthe warned area from lighter rainfall moving into the warned area.\nFlash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. There have\nbeen several reports of flash flooding, mainly along route 21 in\nsouthern Jackson County.\n\nHAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,\nhighways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor\ndrainage and low-lying areas.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nRipley, Kenna, Given, Fairplain, Evans, Statts Mills and\nCottageville.\n\nThis includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 123\nand 143.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
