Astronomical tides of 6.0-6.5 feet through Sunday,\nrising to 6.5-7.0 feet Monday through Wednesday leading to\nminor tidal overflow.\n\n* WHERE...Beaches of Orange and San Diego Counties.\n\n* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor tidal overflow and minor coastal erosion\nexpected during high tides. Additionally, elevated surf will\nlead to strong rip currents.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides will approach 7.0 feet each\nmorning Monday through Wednesday. These water levels in\ncombination with elevated surf provides a window for moderate\ncoastal flooding on Monday and Tuesday, especially along south\nand southwest-facing beaches.\n\n## Instructions\nA beach hazards statement for minor tidal overflow means that\nhigh astronomical tides in combination with above normal surf\nwill likely produce minor flooding of low-lying areas along the\nbeach such as beach parking lots.
