Streams\ncontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 549 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the warned area.
