If you become caught in a rip current, yell for help.\nRemain calm and do not exhaust yourself and stay afloat while\nwaiting for help. If you have to swim out of a rip current, SWIM\nPARALLEL TO SHORE and back toward the beach when possible. Do\nnot attempt to swim directly against a rip current as you will\ntire quickly.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS....Highest surf will be at south-facing\nbeaches and peak Tuesday and Wednesday.
