Extreme heat\nwill significantly increase the potential for heat related\nillnesses, particularly for those working or participating in\noutdoor activities.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids even if you don't feel thirsty, but avoid\nalcohol and caffeine. Stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on elderly and vulnerable relatives and\nneighbors.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
