Overflowing poor drainage areas.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 604 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area.
