For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 9\nft at 9 seconds expected Monday night through Tuesday morning.\n\n* WHERE...All of the area.\n\n* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 2 PM PDT\nMonday.
