Overflowing poor drainage areas.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 548 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 2\ninches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected\nover the area.
