Due to very slow moving thunderstorms,\nup to 3 inches of rainfall has occurred in about 1 hour near Big\nRock and Kaneville. Significant flash flood impacts are imminent.\n\nHAZARD...Significant flash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.\n\nIMPACT...Rapid-onset, significant flooding of creeks, streams,\ndrainage ditches, low-lying areas, and poor drainage\nareas. Widespread street and underpass flooding.\nPossible flooding of structures. Possible flooding of\nhighways.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nAurora, St. Charles, West Chicago, Batavia, Geneva, Montgomery,\nNorth Aurora, Sugar Grove, Elburn, Big Rock and Kaneville.\n\n## Instructions\nA Flash Flood Warning means rapid-onset flooding is imminent or may\nalready be occurring.
