In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower\nBucks.\n\n* WHEN...From 10 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most\nvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full\nroad closures are possible.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread tidal flooding could continue\nthrough at least Friday night's high tide or perhaps longer.\n\n## Instructions\nA Coastal Flood Advisory means that minor tidal flooding is\nexpected. Minor tidal flooding often results in some road\nclosures. Usually, the most vulnerable roadways will flood.\n\nDo not leave your vehicle at a location that is prone to tidal\nflooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flood waters. The\nwater may be deeper than you think it is.
