Flood waters impact roadways\nin the Schell Osage Wildlife Refuge area.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 1:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.2 feet.\n- Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.\n- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage\nearly Wednesday morning to a crest of 23.1 feet early\nWednesday afternoon.
