Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches\nof rain fell over portions of the burn scar. Flash flooding is\nalready occurring.\n\nExcessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow\nmoving through the Beaver River. The debris flow can consist of\nrock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
