Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 428 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are expected over\nthe area.
