Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 1033 AM AKDT, river gauge report for Moose Creek at\nOilwell Road indicate rises in water levels from heavy rain\nacross the advisory area. Minor flooding is occurring,\nespecially near Kroto Creek and Moose Creek.\n\n- Rainfall will move out of the advisory area by this\nafternoon, allowing water levels to begin receding.
