For the High Surf Advisory, from 5 AM\nThursday to 5 PM ChST Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property. Breaking\nwaves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous\nseas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant\nbeach erosion can be expected.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) passes well\nnorth of the region, the trailing monsoon surge gradually shifts\nnorthwest. Significant north to northwest swell and southwest\nswell associated with this pattern will still persist over the\nnext several days, gradually weakening late week. Dangerous surf\nof up to 16 feet along north and west facing reefs is expected\nthrough tonight, capable of producing minor coastal flooding\nalong the respective shorelines. Then, surf is expected to fall\nbelow dangerous levels of 15 ft Thursday morning, but is still\nexpected to remain hazardous through at least Friday afternoon.\n\n## Instructions\nEveryone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening\nsurf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside\ninfrastructure."}
