For the Hazardous\nSeas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt and very\nsteep and hazardous seas 9 to 10 ft at 7 to 8 seconds possible.\n\n* WHERE...All areas will be be affected by conditions hazardous to\nsmall craft Monday afternoon through early Tuesday afternoon.\nThen, late Tuesday afternoon and evening, very steep hazardous\nseas may develop between 5 to 30 nm from shore from Cape Ferrelo\nsouth with steep seas continuing elsewhere.\n\n* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Monday to 11 PM\nPDT Tuesday.
