In west central Wyoming, Salt River and Wyoming Ranges and\nUpper Green River Basin Foothills.\n\n* WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Quick water rises on area streams and rivers, especially\non small drainages in the mountains and foothills, leading to\nlocalized flash flooding, which could endanger people and\ninfrastructure near waterways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will have abundant moisture\ntoday, with dew points in the 50s and 60s, and precipitable water\nvalues in excess of 1 inch.
