Minor flooding is ongoing\nor expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1\nand 2 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected\nover the area. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of\nsmall streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nBlue Heron, Stearns and Pine Knot.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
