River or stream\nflows are elevated.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 752 AM AKDT, The River Watch Team reported water levels\nnear 10.0 feet in Bethel at the BETA2 river gauge. These\nlevels should remain steady or slowly rise through today with\nlocalized flooding of roads, boardwalks, and low-lying areas\nof Bethel and Kwethluk. An ice jam remains in place a few\nmiles south of Bethel, between Napakiak and Oscarville-\nNapaskiak.
