Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain\nhave fallen.\n- This includes the following streams and drainages...\nSagwup Draw, Dry Muddy Creek, Bargee Creek, South Fork Owl Creek,\nDry Creek, Holland Creek, Middle Fork Owl Creek and Rock Creek.\nAdditional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over\nthe area.
