River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of\nwater in areas is occurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 1042 AM AKDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain across the\nadvisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly, especially near Chena River. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of\nrain have fallen.
