Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have\nfallen in portions of the warned area. Flash flooding is already\noccurring and significant flash flooding is expected to begin\nshortly. According to reports, sections of Interstate 94 are\nclosed through parts of the south side of Chicago.\n\nHAZARD...Significant flash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.\n\nIMPACT...Rapid-onset, significant flooding of creeks, streams,\ndrainage ditches, low-lying areas, and poor drainage\nareas.
