For the Coastal Flood Watch, two to\ntwo and a half feet of inundation above ground level possible\nin low lying areas due to tidal flooding.\n\n* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.\n\n* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM this evening\nto 8 PM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high\ntide. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Wednesday evening\nthrough Friday morning, especially around the time of high\ntide.\n\n* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George\nIsland, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the\neast, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.\nMary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides up to 3 feet above normal. The next\nhigh tide at Coltons Point is at 1:02 AM and 1:31 PM. The next\nhigh tide at Piney Point is at 12:26 AM and 12:55 PM. The next\nhigh tide at Point Lookout is at 11:27 PM and 11:43 AM.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty."}
