These\nstorms were nearly stationary.\n\nHAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph, excessive cloud-to-ground\nlightning, and minor flooding due to heavy rainfall.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around\nunsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is\noccurring. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is\npossible.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nHigh Springs, Archer, and Newberry.\n\n## Instructions\nIf outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.\n\nTorrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead\nto localized flooding.
