Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain\nhas fallen, especially in the Taylor Creek Drainage. The expected\nrainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is\nongoing or expected to begin shortly.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
