Ponding of water may create hazardous\nconditions.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 238 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen.\n- This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...\nHoward Draw, Padre Canyon, Babbit Spring, Youngs Canyon, Walnut\nCreek and San Francisco Wash.
