Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has\nfallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected\nover the area. This additional rain will allow minor flooding\nto persist or worsen.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nFlemingsburg, Fairview, Craintown, Elizaville, Nepton, Pecks\nRidge, Tilton, Cowan, Mount Carmel, Foxport, Ewing and\nFlemingsburg Junction.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
