Although heat index values\nwill only be near 100, the prolonged period of late season hot\ntemperatures and high humidity will continue to elevate\nheat-related health impacts.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke."}
