Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings. Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 349 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25 and 1 inch of rain\nhas fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are\nexpected over the area. This additional rain will result in\nminor flooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nAlpine, I-8 Between Pine Valley And Boulevard, Mount Laguna,\nCuyamaca Rancho State Park, I-8 Between Boulevard And\nImperial County Line, Lake Morena, Pine Valley, Campo,\nPotrero and Descanso.\n- https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
