Minor to moderate\ncoastal flooding upwards of 1 to 2 feet is expected during the high tide\ncycle this morning.\n\nLight rainfall is occurring with this storm over land areas though\nlocalized brief heavy rainfall will be possible, mainly this morning\nfor coastal areas of Mississippi and southeast Louisiana. The threat\nof excessive rainfall has decreased across all of southeast Louisiana\nand south Mississippi.\n\nAll Tropical Storm Warnings have been been discontinued as well as\ncoastal flooding advisories and warnings east of the Mississippi River\nincluding the tidal lakes.\n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* WIND:\nLittle to no impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast\nLouisiana and South Mississippi.\n\n* SURGE:\nLittle to no additional surge impacts expected.\n\n- Community officials are now assessing the extent of actual\nsurge impacts accordingly.\n- Emergency response teams are attending to casualty situations\nas needed.\n- Emergency work crews are restoring essential community\ninfrastructure as necessary.\n- If you have an emergency dial 9 1 1.\n\n* FLOODING RAIN:\nLittle to no impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast\nLouisiana and South Mississippi.\n\n* TORNADOES:\nLittle to no impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast\nLouisiana and South Mississippi.\n\nPRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS\n----------------------------------\n\n* OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:\n\nAlways heed the advice of local officials and comply with orders that\nare issued.
