Ponding of water in urban or other\nareas is occurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 600 PM CDT, The public reported flooding in New Albany.\nThis will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing\npoor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in New Albany.\nBetween 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.\n- New Albany is the most likely place to experience minor\nflooding.\nAdditional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over\nthe area.
