Westerly winds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 65 mph\nare expected over northwest North Dakota, with westerly winds of\n30 to 40 mph with gusts to 55 mph over remaining areas. Relative\nhumidity values will drop as low as 15 percent. Any fires that\nignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.\n\n* WINDS...West 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Much of central North Dakota, including the\nJames River Valley.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become\ndifficult to control or suppress.\n\n## Instructions\nA Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions\nare either occurring now, or will shortly.
