Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain\nhave fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are\npossible in the warned area. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nExcessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of streets\naround Huntington. The highest threat areas for flooding are the\nrailroad viaducts at 1st, 8th, 10th, 16th and 20th streets.
