Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings. Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 310 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are\nexpected over the area. This additional rain will result in\nminor flooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nJulian, Hwy 78 Between Banner And S2, Hwy 78 Between S2 And\nBorrego Springs Rd, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, Hwy S2\nBetween Hwy 79 And Hwy 78, Ranchita, Hwy 79 Between Santa\nYsabel And Warner Springs, Warner Springs, Lake Henshaw and\nHwy 79 Between Julian And Lake Cuyamaca.\n- https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
