For the Heat Advisory, heat\nindex values up to 100 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west\ncentral Minnesota and southeast North Dakota.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 10 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 PM CDT\nThursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car\ninteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing.
