In northeast Nevada, Elko.\n\n* WHEN...Until 545 PM PDT.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 247 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain\nhas fallen. This area has previously received precipitation\nand the ground may be saturated, thus increasing runoff.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.4 inches are expected\nover the area.
