For the High Wind\nWarning, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 80 mph.\n\n* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips and Central and Southern\nValley Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 6 PM MDT this evening.\nFor the High Wind Warning, until midnight MDT tonight.\n\n* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.\nDamaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread\npower outages are possible.
