Fires could spread\nquickly in these conditions.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Vilas.\n\n* TIMING...From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.\n\n* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent.\n\n* TEMPERATURES...In the lower 80s.\n\n* IMPACTS...Fires will start easily and spread quickly in these\nconditions. So outdoor burning should not be attempted.
