Flooding may occur\nin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be\nflooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.\nExtensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are\npossible.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Rich Gulf moisture will surge over the area Tuesday producing\nnumerous showers and thunderstorms.
