Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain\nhas fallen.\n- City officials report rises on Kanab Creek and other normally\ndry washes. Some roads have been impacted with debris from\nflooding.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nKanab.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nBe aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.\n\nRemain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.
