The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and\nother loose materials.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 1057 AM MDT, The probability of heavy rainfall will\nincrease after 12 PM this afternoon, lasting through the\nevening.
