This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nEl Vado.\n- The heaviest rains have focused over the area between the El Vado\nReservoir and Stinking Lake.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nIn hilly or mountainous terrain there are numerous low water\ncrossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not\nattempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.\n\nDo not camp along streams and rivers. Remain alert when hiking in\nsteep, narrow canyons. Know where you are relative to low spots and\ndrainages."}
