Movement was\neast at 35 mph.\n\nHAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and minor flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow\naround unsecured objects. Slowing or redirecting of traffic\ndue to ponding or flowing water. Closure of waterfront\naccess due to flooding.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nCedar Rapids, Dubuque, Freeport, Anamosa, Vinton, Manchester, Galena,\nMarion, Hiawatha, Mount Vernon, Asbury, Dyersville, Monticello,\nRobins, Lena, Center Point, Bellevue, Cascade, Lisbon, and Fairfax.\n\nThis includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 12 and 45.\n\n## Instructions\nIf outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.\n\nTorrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.\nDo not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.\n\nFrequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.\nLightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm.
