For the High Surf Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday.\nFor the High Rip Current Risk, through late Saturday night.\n\n* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only\nisolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and\nsurfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents\ncan sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper\nwater.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty.\n\nInexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to\ndangerous surf conditions.\n\nSwim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and\nfloat. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a\ndirection following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the\nshore and call or wave for help."}
