Water will be 2 to 3 feet\nabove ground level in some areas resulting in a sufficient depth\nto close numerous roads and threaten homes and businesses.\nFlooding will extend inland from the waterfront along tidal\nrivers and bays resulting in some road closures and flooding of\nvehicles.\n\n## Instructions\nTake the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
