The combination of saturated soils and\nwind could also lead to downed trees, especially already damaged\nor diseased trees.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be two rounds of strong and gusty\nwinds. The first round will occur Tuesday afternoon through\nevening followed by a lull in winds late Tuesday night through\nWednesday afternoon. The second round of strong winds will be\nWednesday night through Thursday morning.\n\nRain will accompany both rounds of wind. Rain intensity looks\nparticularly heavy late Wednesday night through early Thursday\nmorning, which could lead to downed trees due to saturated soils.\n\n## Instructions\nWinds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high\nprofile vehicles.
