Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings. Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 318 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are\nexpected over the area.
