Wear sunscreen and light loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles under any\ncircumstances as vehicle interiors can reach extreme temperatures in\nas little as 10 minutes.\n\nClose curtains during the daytime to reduce sun insulation into the\nhome and open windows at night to allow the home to cool off.
