Flooding may occur\nin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be\nflooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.\nExtensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are\npossible.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Remnant abundant moisture will allow for another round of slow\nmoving thunderstorms capable of producing 1 inch or more per hour\nto develop over or near the Ruidoso area and Seven Cabins burn\nscars early this afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall will threaten\nflash flooding on these recent burn scars.
